- Maintain high standards for interaction design, visual design, and design-system consistency.
- Present design strategy and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and roadmap discussions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience designing complex enterprise software, SaaS products, platforms, or internal tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, complex problem solving, and measurable product impact.
- Strong interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, and prototyping skills.
- Experience creating reusable patterns, components, or platform-level experiences.
- Experience conducting or applying user research and usability testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering partners.
- Experience designing or prototyping AI-assisted, conversational, or agentic product experiences.
- Strong Figma and design-system experience.
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in San Diego, San Francisco, or Mountain View.
Experience with Customer Success workflows, implementation or onboarding tools, Salesforce, and mid-market products is helpful but not required.
